- Solid debugging and testing practices.
- Applied AI fluency with practical experience building production-oriented LLM workflows.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proficiency in prompt and context engineering.
- Experience with evaluation frameworks and security guardrails for AI.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and collaborate across functions.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with comfort in defining metrics for reliability, speed, and cost.
- Strong ownership and initiative to drive solutions through to adoption.
- Security and privacy awareness regarding safe data use and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver AI-powered workflows and agents with clear owners and measurable impact.
- Identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities, shaping them into scoped use cases.
- Set up, own, and continuously evolve the company AI toolchain.
- Define and maintain the practical operating model for AI workflows including security, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Enable teams to use modern AI tools through practical training sessions.
- Build fast AI-powered prototypes and evolve successful pilots into stable production workflows.
- Maintain reusable prompts, templates, and components to accelerate automation work.
- Monitor usage and performance through dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
