Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or comparable professional training/experience.
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in developing production-grade AI applications.
- Very good Python programming skills.
- Proven experience developing AI and backend systems.
- Strong foundation in software engineering practices (architecture, testing, scalability).
- Experience building or operating AI systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
- Openness to working in varied project contexts with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with software architectures and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop GenAI and LLM solutions for automating complex administrative and test processes using tools like Neo4j, LangGraph, and FastAPI.
- Manage the end-to-end software lifecycle from requirements analysis to production deployment.
- Design and operate scalable backend services for AI applications.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing system architectures.
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams including Engineering, Business Analysis, Security, and Operations.
- Engage directly with clients to translate real-world requirements into functional AI applications.
