- Proven ability to lead large-scale technical and cross-functional projects in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, product strategy, and operational scaling through partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of managing commercial agreements and pricing structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global payments partnership strategy across key processors, networks, banks, and technology providers.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment on performance, integration, and growth objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to optimize cost structures and improve competitiveness.
- Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and performance standards while monitoring partner delivery and compliance.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of new payment solutions, coordinating technical integration, product requirements, and operational readiness.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with strategic partners, ensuring continuous performance improvement and alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to deliver scalable payment solutions.
- Identify market expansion opportunities and ensure appropriate payment coverage across regions, methods, and customer needs.
- Support incident management and escalation resolution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize payment processes, fees, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
