Job Details

5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, or related cybersecurity roles.
Strong experience implementing and optimizing SIEM and log management platforms.
Practical experience with cloud and infrastructure security logs and audit trails.
Expertise in designing detection rules and correlation logic based on threat scenarios.
Deep understanding of security monitoring frameworks, adversary tactics, and incident response lifecycles.
Experience with endpoint security technologies like EDR, XDR, and mobile device management.
Solid knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), authentication, and network security.
Proficiency in scripting or automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
Ability to work independently and communicate complex security topics to diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership-driven mindset.

Design and establish a centralized Security Operations model including incident workflows, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks.
Build and maintain SIEM and log management capabilities for collection, normalization, retention, and access control.
Develop and improve detection rules and alerting mechanisms across cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and authentication systems.
Lead incident response activities including investigation, containment, root cause analysis, and evidence collection.
Automate operational security processes such as alert enrichment, ticket creation, and incident response orchestration.
Collaborate with IT to strengthen endpoint security via device management, patching, encryption, and compliance monitoring.
Partner with engineering and compliance teams to support logging strategies, vulnerability management, and security governance.
