Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, sales support, or administrative client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of client onboarding, relationship management, or sales coordination processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with high-level professionals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client needs.
- Series 65 or Series 7/66 licensing preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner engagement and client-facing activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the new client onboarding process to ensure high-quality client experience, retention, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with advisors and wealth management teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent communication.
- Support sales efforts by engaging with prospects, managing follow-ups, and advancing leads through the pipeline.
- Participate in prospect meetings and manage post-meeting documentation and follow-up activities.
- Maintain prospecting workflows, including questionnaires and internal stakeholder communications.
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners and referral networks.
- Assist with event coordination, reporting, and regional leadership special projects.
