Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar client-facing roles (SaaS or logistics industry experience is a plus).
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and engage relevant stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within a technology-driven sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads promptly, qualifying opportunities based on business needs, priorities, and readiness to ensure effective handoff to Account Executives.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through targeted research of ICP accounts and outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers, positioning supply chain technology solutions such as WMS, OMS, TMS, and automation tools.
- Nurture marketing-generated leads through follow-ups on content downloads, webinars, and event interactions until sales readiness.
- Support event-driven campaigns, including pre-event outreach and post-event lead nurturing to generate qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data integrity and reliable pipeline forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
