Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Account Executive, or similar sales role.
  • Previous experience selling staffing solutions.
  • Experience targeting and selling to U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to conduct discovery calls and identify business opportunities.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Rocketlead.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other outbound channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives and support the sales process through qualification.
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns and account-based prospecting initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and opportunity generation targets.
