Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Account Executive, or similar sales role.
- Previous experience selling staffing solutions.
- Experience targeting and selling to U.S.-based companies.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and identify business opportunities.
- Experience using sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Rocketlead.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other outbound channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives and support the sales process through qualification.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns and account-based prospecting initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and opportunity generation targets.
