Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Proven sales mindset with a strong drive for targets, results, and business growth.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt messaging to different client needs.
- Experience in or strong understanding of the lending, NBFC, or fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with systems such as Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM tools, and collections platforms.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the industry.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer empathy in all interactions.
- Proficiency with sales tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively in team environments.
- Existing industry connections within fintech, NBFC, or lending sectors are a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients using databases, tools, and market intelligence to build a strong qualified pipeline.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels to generate and nurture leads.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and ensure alignment with product and business fit.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead tracking, pipeline progress, and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to support deal progression and conversion of qualified opportunities.
- Develop deep product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively to prospects and stakeholders.
- Provide functional and technical consultation on lending software solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially within NBFC, fintech, and lending ecosystems.
