Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in SaaS or technical enterprise sales.
  • Proven history of exceeding quota in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with six-figure+ deal sizes.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent discovery, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, fulfillment, or adjacent systems (e.g., OMS, WMS, TMS, ERP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle including sourcing, closing new business, and post-sale growth.
  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to identify customer pain points and quantify ROI.
  • Execute structured account and territory plans with accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to lead QBRs and drive retention.
  • Negotiate enterprise agreements that balance customer value with business growth.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot.
