Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in SaaS or technical enterprise sales.
- Proven history of exceeding quota in B2B enterprise environments.
- Experience managing complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with six-figure+ deal sizes.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent discovery, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain, fulfillment, or adjacent systems (e.g., OMS, WMS, TMS, ERP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle including sourcing, closing new business, and post-sale growth.
- Close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving senior decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to identify customer pain points and quantify ROI.
- Execute structured account and territory plans with accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to lead QBRs and drive retention.
- Negotiate enterprise agreements that balance customer value with business growth.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot.
