Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, client services, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively in team environments.
- Ability to support travel and on-site event execution as required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day program activities and deliverables for account and project teams.
- Organize and manage internal, client, and vendor meetings including logistics and agendas.
- Schedule site visits, coordinate travel arrangements, and track project budgets.
- Prepare and distribute essential event documentation, reports, and project materials.
- Manage contracts and serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of advisory boards, strategy sessions, and project meetings.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with deadlines and deliverables.
