Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural considerations.
- Experience in service-oriented roles, specifically in quality auditing, coaching, and feedback.
- Ability to consistently apply quality standards and scoring practices across all interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Operational orientation with ability to create repeatable, reliable, and efficient processes.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments, scaling businesses, or startups.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies including video software, Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records.
- Must be located within the lower 48 United States.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of member interactions across multiple communication channels including calls, text messages, and written correspondence in both English and Spanish.
- Serve as the primary Quality Assurance reviewer for Spanish-language Enrollment Specialist interactions.
- Identify and surface quality trends to inform Care Team training needs and enablement opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to identify coaching opportunities and performance trends.
- Participate in calibration activities to ensure consistency and fairness in quality evaluations.
- Assist with developing bilingual training resources and quality improvement initiatives.
