Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building or maintaining enterprise security, threat intelligence, or community/network-effect platforms.
  • Strong understanding of collective defense, threat intelligence sharing, federated data models, and anonymization techniques.
  • Familiarity with xOT threat landscape, including OT, ICS, and industrial IoT vulnerabilities.
  • Understanding of information sharing programs such as ISACs and government initiatives like CISA, DOE, or NSA.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data models, federated query systems, and backend workflows.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to extract insights from complex data.
  • Proven experience in creating product requirements and managing outcome-driven roadmaps.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%) for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Neighborhood Keeper, Dragos's collective defense platform.
  • Translate participant feedback, government partner input, and the evolving xOT threat landscape into a clear quarter-over-quarter roadmap.
  • Drive development of core capabilities, including telemetry query federation and threat visibility.
  • Define privacy and anonymization architecture in partnership with Engineering, legal, and policy stakeholders.
  • Manage the Trusted Advisor program product layer to enable government agencies and ISACs to publish threat intelligence.
  • Define requirements for the Knowledge Pack pipeline of detections, vulnerability data, and incident response playbooks.
  • Measure and track product KPIs including participant growth, engagement, and alert effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive participant adoption and communicate business cases.
