Requirements
- Established knowledge and experience in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) functional roles.
- Experience as a consultant or business process specialist in a services firm or large enterprise.
- Track record of at least two successful end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations in enterprise-level organizations.
- Well-established networks, relationships, and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem.
- Ability to work at a senior client-facing level within complex organizations.
- Recognized expertise in aligning Oracle functional areas with business requirements.
- Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to large groups.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to lead by example.
- Mature interpersonal and influencing skills for senior-level interactions.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Take a key delivery role for Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions in a functional or workstream management capacity.
- Manage project phases including requirements analysis, functional design, process design, and fit-gap recommendations.
- Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to address business challenges.
- Identify new and expansion business opportunities within client programs.
- Develop proactive Oracle proposals highlighting the company's value proposition and win themes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle Applications matters.
- Coordinate relationship-building activities across teams to ensure effective client advisory.
- Collaborate with multi-geography teams in a hybrid delivery environment.
