- Proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services.
- Recognized expertise in Oracle Applications.
- Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to large groups.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to lead by example.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions by engaging senior stakeholders to solve business challenges.
- Oversee the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in a program or workstream management capacity.
- Identify new and expansion business opportunities within existing programs.
- Manage proactive Oracle proposal development focusing on value propositions and differentiators.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding Oracle Applications.
- Mentor and guide teams of consultants in direct, indirect, and matrixed structures.
- Take accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins at key accounts.
