- Experience overseeing junior project managers.
- Strong multitasking and workload prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Receive client requests for transcreation and production, managing direct daily client communication.
- Collaborate with internal operations to develop and deliver project budget estimates.
- Review all project requests, schedule, and plan resources accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of project status using workflow management technology.
- Obtain and share structured client feedback with production and creative teams.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and asset management systems.
- Manage client expectations and maintain consistent communication regarding project status.
- Fulfill Asset Librarian responsibilities for client assets.
