Requirements
- Proven hybrid experience shipping real products where you owned both design and code implementation (e.g. React, Typescript, Node, Vue.js etc.).
- A portfolio demonstrating live products you designed and built.
- Experience using AI tools to prototype, iterate, and accelerate workflows.
- Strong product taste and ability to create intuitive, fast, and delightful experiences.
- Deep technical understanding of modern front-end development constraints.
- Ability to define problems and drive work to completion with minimal oversight.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design and technical trade-offs.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for Bitcoin and financial empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of product features from understanding the problem, to designing the experience, to writing the front-end code and shipping it to users.
- Replace static mockups with functional prototypes to validate ideas quickly and de-risk decisions with real customer feedback.
- Work in a fixed-time, variable-scope environment, partnering closely with engineering to deliver meaningful impact.
- Deliver polished, production-ready experiences on tight timelines, with strong attention to detail in both design and code.
- Evolve our design system and component libraries so design and code stay perfectly in sync across mobile and web platforms.
- Raise the bar for the entire design team by helping designers ship in code and integrate AI tools into their workflows.
