Requirements
- Demonstrable experience owning both design and implementation of real products.
- Strong proficiency in front-end development, specifically technologies like React, TypeScript, Node, or Vue.js.
- A portfolio showcasing live products rather than just mockups.
- Deep technical understanding of front-end constraints, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ability to work with minimal oversight and define problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design and technical trade-offs.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for Bitcoin and financial empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end by understanding problems, designing experiences, and writing front-end code.
- Replace static mockups with functional prototypes to validate ideas and de-risk decisions.
- Drive design-led development in a fixed-time, variable-scope environment.
- Deliver polished, production-ready experiences while balancing speed and code quality.
- Evolve design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Act as a force multiplier by helping the design team integrate code and AI tools into their workflows.
