Requirements
- 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in ecommerce, DTC, fashion, lifestyle, home, beauty, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing email, CRM/retention, and SMS marketing work.
- Excellent understanding of hierarchy, pacing, conversion-minded design, and responsive layouts.
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance objectives.
- Comfortable working quickly and iterating in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing within established systems while contributing fresh ideas.
Responsibilities
- Design evergreen and automated/flow/triggered lifecycle email campaigns such as promotional, seasonal, welcome series, abandonment flows, post-purchase journeys, winback, and VIP/anniversary campaigns.
- Create supporting SMS visual assets including MMS, RCS, and lightweight motion/GIF/video treatments.
- Translate brand direction into retention-focused creative systems that balance storytelling with performance.
- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, A/B testing learnings, and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, lifecycle marketers, creative leads, and project managers.
- Maintain and evolve existing design templates, systems, and file organization for efficient production handoffs.
- Ensure high attention to detail across typography, hierarchy, layout, and responsive mobile-first design.
