Requirements

  • Advanced mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Proven track record of maintaining brand books and identity systems for complex, international, or B2B organizations.
  • Experience managing a steady volume of 10–15 high-quality assets per week with minimal oversight.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and ability to synthesize usability findings into functional layouts.
  • Strong graphic design foundations including color, typography, and hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • B2 English proficiency.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, as needed.
  • Experience with motion design and After Effects (bonus).
  • Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) standards (bonus).
  • Experience working within mid-market startups or international B2B product companies (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the InfoTrust brand guidelines, ensuring cohesion in typography, color theory, and identity systems across all global touchpoints.
  • Execute high-fidelity digital assets for web, social, and email, alongside complex print production needs including packaging and vendor-ready file delivery.
  • Utilize Figma to establish wireframes, components, and design systems, applying accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices to support product development.
  • Strategically use tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Claude Design to accelerate production while exercising expert judgment on design quality.
  • Organize and maintain design libraries, naming conventions, and versioning to ensure a seamless handoff for developers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to freelancers and vendors, championing a culture where design is treated as a strategic asset.
