Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting immigration attorneys.
  • Familiarity with immigration-specific practice areas.
  • Knowledge of hiring compliance and legal credential matters.
  • Must be fully fluent in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open legal roles simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively with people of various backgrounds and communication styles.
  • Experience interviewing paralegals is a plus.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g. Lever) and sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical experience and resilience for the challenging environment.
  • Recommend candidates to Programs leadership for final interviews.
  • Draft job descriptions and build interview frameworks to support recruitment.
  • Cultivate a talent pipeline by utilizing professional networks.
  • Partner with HR to manage candidate communications, the offer process, and onboarding preparations.
  • Manage multiple open legal roles simultaneously.
