Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting immigration attorneys.
- Familiarity with immigration-specific practice areas.
- Knowledge of hiring compliance and legal credential matters.
- Must be fully fluent in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open legal roles simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively with people of various backgrounds and communication styles.
- Experience interviewing paralegals is a plus.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g. Lever) and sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical experience and resilience for the challenging environment.
- Recommend candidates to Programs leadership for final interviews.
- Draft job descriptions and build interview frameworks to support recruitment.
- Cultivate a talent pipeline by utilizing professional networks.
- Partner with HR to manage candidate communications, the offer process, and onboarding preparations.
- Manage multiple open legal roles simultaneously.
