Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting immigration attorneys.
- Experience interviewing paralegals is a plus.
- Familiarity with immigration-specific practice areas.
- Knowledge of hiring compliance and legal credential matters.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g. Lever) and sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Passion for social justice, human rights, or public interest law.
- Fully fluent in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open legal roles simultaneously.
- Excellent discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Source, shortlist, and interview high-caliber attorneys and paralegals across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical experience and resilience.
- Recommend candidates to Programs leadership for final interview.
- Help build job descriptions and interview frameworks for recruitment and selection.
- Cultivate a healthy talent pipeline by tapping into a broad candidate network.
- Work with HR colleagues to manage candidate communications, the offer process, and onboarding preparations.
