Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree qualification.
  • 3+ years of working experience in a recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle project-based work.
  • Experience in the Mining, Engineering, or Construction industry is highly advantageous.
  • A tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Match and place candidates into positions by ensuring client and candidate needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates.
  • Headhunt active and passive external candidates, focusing on niche talent.
  • Utilize online recruiting resources and in-house systems.
  • Review resumes and credentials against position requirements.
  • Manage all communication with candidates and clients.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing company and role context.
  • Handle presentation, selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct market and industry research and due-diligence.
