Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Relevant Diploma or Degree qualification.
- 3+ years of working experience in a recruitment environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle project-based work.
- Experience in the Mining, Engineering, or Construction industry is highly advantageous.
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Match and place candidates into positions by ensuring client and candidate needs are met.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates.
- Headhunt active and passive external candidates, focusing on niche talent.
- Utilize online recruiting resources and in-house systems.
- Review resumes and credentials against position requirements.
- Manage all communication with candidates and clients.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing company and role context.
- Handle presentation, selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market and industry research and due-diligence.
