  • Initiative to see projects through to completion
  • Demonstrated commitment to civil liberties, civil rights, social justice, and gender justice

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of litigation, policy advocacy, and communications campaigns
  • Draft memoranda, affidavits, and briefs
  • Conduct legal and policy research
  • Research prospects for new litigation, including both factual and legal claims
  • Research and draft materials for public education
  • Perform legislative bill tracking and analysis
