Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 or more years of prior work-related experience.
  • 1-3 years of payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve with little supervision.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Positive, motivated team player.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process property tax payments on a client and asset level.
  • Monitor and process condo and homeowner association (HOA) payments on a client and asset level.
  • Identify tax authority and association requirements, including due dates, delinquency dates, total amounts, and foreclosure sale dates.
  • Maintain strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
