Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 or more years of prior work-related experience.
- 1-3 years of payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve with little supervision.
- High ethical standards.
- Positive, motivated team player.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process property tax payments on a client and asset level.
- Monitor and process condo and homeowner association (HOA) payments on a client and asset level.
- Identify tax authority and association requirements, including due dates, delinquency dates, total amounts, and foreclosure sale dates.
- Maintain strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
