Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Life & Health insurance experience.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Valid General Lines - Life, Accident, Health and HMO license.
  • Ability to coordinate workflows and manage client relationships.
  • Capability to conduct group meetings and employee enrollments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving escalated client issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, internet, and voice.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Physical capability for repetitive tasks such as keyboarding and sitting.

Responsibilities

  • Service assigned client base to establish rapport and deep client relationships.
  • Coordinate workflow with client service representatives, clients, and carriers.
  • Manage the bid process for supplemental and group health products.
  • Conduct renewals, make recommendations, and plan employee enrollment meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and third-party vendors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues such as claims and eligibility.
  • Maintain awareness of carrier developments and relevant federal/state laws.
