Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll policies, procedures, and provincial laws.
- In-depth knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefit operations.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft, LMS, Talent Track, and Kronos systems.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience providing customer service with ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with flexibility to adapt to workload changes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily incoming inquiries, events, and work activities for HR Services.
- Perform HR Services Case Management problem resolution and refer system issues to global or local HR teams.
- Provide first-line support for management and associates regarding HR policies, programs, and systems.
- Develop and document work procedures while ensuring compliance with provincial legislative requirements.
- Execute HR-related changes in PeopleSoft including new hires, data corrections, and market changes.
- Audit HR data within PeopleSoft to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with national and regional stakeholders to prioritize workloads and meet processing deadlines.
