Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR and payroll policies, procedures, and provincial laws.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefit operations.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft, LMS, Talent Track, and Kronos systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven experience providing customer service with ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with flexibility to adapt to workload changes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily incoming inquiries, events, and work activities for HR Services.
  • Perform HR Services Case Management problem resolution and refer system issues to global or local HR teams.
  • Provide first-line support for management and associates regarding HR policies, programs, and systems.
  • Develop and document work procedures while ensuring compliance with provincial legislative requirements.
  • Execute HR-related changes in PeopleSoft including new hires, data corrections, and market changes.
  • Audit HR data within PeopleSoft to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with national and regional stakeholders to prioritize workloads and meet processing deadlines.
