Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license in your working province.
- DEC or BAC in nursing.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Available for rotating shifts Monday – Friday between 8 am EST and 8 pm EST.
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology.
- Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a group setting.
Responsibilities
- Document all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with client and federal guidelines.
- Conduct study compliance calls for volunteers in clinical or medical research trials.
- Enroll participants in educational seminars.
- Provide patient support to individuals enrolled in Patient Support Programs.
- Collect demographic data and manage product, sample, and literature fulfillment.
- Converse with callers empathetically, explaining complex medical terminology as needed.
- Adhere to program scripts, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures.
