Requirements
- 3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience.
- 3+ years of HCM implementation experience.
- Ability to work fully remote.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed for client work.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (preferred).
- CAPM or PMP certification (preferred).
- Experience working with UKG products (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and clients.
- Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project.
- Ensure appropriate use of project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies.
- Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables.
- Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution.
