Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of professional IT experience or project management experience.
- Expertise in creating and executing project plans.
- Ability to proactively manage project risks and issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to drive productive conversations and team meetings.
- Strong people skills, including conflict resolution and cross-functional team leadership.
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze problems and develop alternatives.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure overall successful project delivery on-time, on-budget, and with high quality.
- Lead projects with responsibility for initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage project schedule, resources, scope, deliverables, budget, risk, issues, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with leads to create business cases, project charters, communication plans, and delivery timelines.
- Lead change management and communication activities with IT and business team members.
- Produce regular status reports and provide steering governance updates to IT leadership.
- Facilitate daily team work and scheduled meetings to maintain a collaborative environment.
- Remove obstacles and mentor team members to adopt an Agile mindset.
- Work after hours during critical windows such as UAT and production deployments.
