Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment.
- Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with publication management platforms such as iEnvision, Datavision, or PubStrat.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure projects remain on budget, on time, and on strategy.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and faculty members.
- Develop, monitor, and reconcile individual project budgets.
- Manage external suppliers and own the daily account details for each assigned project.
- Schedule and lead start-up, interim, and final team meetings.
- Provide ongoing progress updates to internal team members and client contacts.
- Assist in training new account team members as needed.
