Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment.
  • Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with publication management platforms such as iEnvision, Datavision, or PubStrat.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure projects remain on budget, on time, and on strategy.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and faculty members.
  • Develop, monitor, and reconcile individual project budgets.
  • Manage external suppliers and own the daily account details for each assigned project.
  • Schedule and lead start-up, interim, and final team meetings.
  • Provide ongoing progress updates to internal team members and client contacts.
  • Assist in training new account team members as needed.
