Requirements
- 7+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale SaaS and/or infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen (forecasting, variance management, change control).
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing strong stakeholder personalities.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive learner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with execution discipline.
- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Experience within utilities, energy, or other regulated industries (preferred).
- Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology initiatives (preferred).
- Experience operating within structured governance frameworks (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise projects from concept through delivery.
- Create detailed project plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide executive-ready status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve blockers.
- Coordinate across business, architecture, cybersecurity, and delivery teams.
