Requirements
- Three to five years of IT experience providing user support in a complex business environment.
- Two or more years of experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple iOS.
- Basic understanding of networking and DNS principles.
- Strong technical skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting applications, operating systems, and hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong time and priority management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to LSC locations, business functions, and training as needed.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related tech products.
- Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technology certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Accept, prioritize, and diagnose initial IT support requests, driving resolution independently or with field support assistance.
- Attempt to resolve the majority of support requests upon first contact.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of standard desktop, laptop, and virtual desktop images.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of technology standards, hardware, and software rollouts.
- Support mobile device technology service requests and manage the Microsoft Intune system.
- Administer user management controls over company software systems.
- Maintain IT hardware, perform minor repairs, and manage inventory of spare parts.
