Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience.
- Deep experience in payments, fintech, or money-movement, including processing, billing, or banking partnerships.
- Proven experience owning a product as a business, including roadmap and revenue or P&L outcomes.
- Strong ability to prioritize problems and communicate strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated execution skills to ship software and align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
- Nice-to-have: Vertical SaaS or accounting/CPA industry experience.
- Nice-to-have: Experience owning sponsor-bank or banking partnerships.
- Nice-to-have: Experience running large product migrations or platform consolidations.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction and own P&L results for the flagship Payments product.
- Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure adoption.
- Build and maintain banking and payments processing partnerships.
- Engage directly with accounting firm customers to drive product wins and retention.
- Partner with an execution-focused PM, engineering, and design to ship software.
- Collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing to execute go-to-market strategies.
