Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong grasp of functional and object-oriented programming.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects.
- Experience navigating technical trade-offs and aligning stakeholders.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with microservices or event-driven systems is preferred.
- Passion for mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities

- Drive meaningful impact on how providers find Rula, onboard, and build sustainable practices.
- Deliver software that directly improves provider experience and marketplace dynamics.
