Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service experience with US mortgage and credit card accounts.
- Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in financial services.
- Proficiency with customer management tools including ZenDesk, Asana, and Amazon Connect.
- Strong written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset appropriate for financial services.
- Must be amenable to shifting schedules.
- Availability to work US Pacific time 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Must live in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner using ZenDesk and Amazon Connect.
- Resolve customer issues related to accounts, payments, statements, and technical bugs.
- Manage escalated customers by providing de-escalation pathways and ensuring issue resolution.
- Document and log customer issues, complaints, and compliments.
- Participate as part of a 24/7 customer support team.
