Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience with US mortgage and credit card accounts.
  • Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in financial services.
  • Proficiency with customer management tools including ZenDesk, Asana, and Amazon Connect.
  • Strong written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset appropriate for financial services.
  • Must be amenable to shifting schedules.
  • Availability to work US Pacific time 10 AM to 7 PM.
  • Must live in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner using ZenDesk and Amazon Connect.
  • Resolve customer issues related to accounts, payments, statements, and technical bugs.
  • Manage escalated customers by providing de-escalation pathways and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Document and log customer issues, complaints, and compliments.
  • Participate as part of a 24/7 customer support team.
