  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive media buying experience managing significant ad spend ($500K+/month).
  • Extensive CRO experience, including funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Proven ability to connect data across channels and build unified marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Hands-on experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok) and other channels (Google, Pinterest).
  • Experience scaling a brand from 7-figures to 8-figures or beyond.
  • Experience with advertorial funnels and direct response marketing.
  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or high-growth consumer brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide creative strategists on concepts, angles, and hooks based on performance data.
  • Translate media buying data into actionable creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with media buyers on campaign structure, scaling, and budget allocation.
  • Own funnel performance including landing pages, advertorials, and checkout flows.
  • Build and maintain feedback loops between creative, media buying, and CRO teams.
  • Analyze test results on copy, layout, and offers to improve conversion.
  • Diagnose performance issues by connecting data across the full customer journey.
