Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital content creation.
- Proven background in B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical audiences.
- Experience producing short-form video and visual storytelling assets.
- Proficiency with video editing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or Figma.
- Ability to build content calendars and manage multiple deliverables with strong attention to detail.
- Experience partnering with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to refine strategy.
- Familiarity with employee advocacy and social media management platforms like Sprout Social.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage social media content calendar and publishing cadence across corporate channels.
- Create original content including social posts, copy, videos, motion snippets, and branded assets.
- Write audience-first copy that turns technical cybersecurity and AI topics into engaging stories.
- Edit video content for social and campaign use from webinars, interviews, and event footage.
- Develop visual assets such as graphics, quote cards, and carousels in partnership with design.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align creative assets with campaigns and product launches.
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing multi-channel assets.
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to improve engagement and lead generation.
