Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain, Solutions Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Design-to-Release, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.).
- Experience delivering enterprise systems, integrations, and process automation.
- Strong ability to translate business problems into technical requirements and architecture.
- Proven experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain technology capabilities.
- Own functional portfolio across planning, procurement, order management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
- Define end-to-end application, integration, data, and platform architecture across ERP and AI ecosystems.
- Identify and execute high-value AI and automation opportunities to improve operational productivity.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions from ideation through production.
