Requirements
- Proven experience creating learning and/or enablement content for Enterprise / B2B audiences.
- Strong writing and editing craft, focusing on clarity, structure, tone control, and narrative flow.
- Experience creating content about APIs, technical products, software platforms, integrations, or implementation workflows.
- Ability to explain API concepts like endpoints, authentication, data structures, and error handling.
- Comfort working within Google Workspace, specifically Google Docs and Slides.
- Confident in co-working with AI tools for drafting, iteration, and refinement.
- Strong technical accuracy and discipline in simplifying complex content.
- Proactive communication skills and ability to work reliably with feedback.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred.
- Experience in Sales enablement, L&D, or e-learning script writing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex client narratives and technical products into engaging, learner-friendly content structures.
- Develop sales and training slide decks, e-learning scripts, playbooks, job aids, and technical onboarding materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce infographics and visual learning assets.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate drafting, iteration, and content versioning while ensuring output accuracy and brand alignment.
- Synthesize dense technical source material into solution-focused content for sales and customer enablement.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and perform final quality/technical accuracy checks before submission.
