Requirements
- 4-8 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Strong Excel proficiency and financial modeling capability.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for analytical tasks.
- Understanding of prompt engineering basics and evaluating AI outputs.
- Ability to own workstreams from inception to completion independently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-scaling PE-backed environment.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA are pluses.
- Exposure to programming or system/database architecture is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the integrated financial model to support capital allocation and rolling forecasts.
- Produce monthly board materials, lender reporting packages, and KPIs.
- Support transaction integration analytics including synergy tracking and post-close analysis.
- Perform service-line gross margin analysis, revenue forecasting, and headcount planning.
- Modernize recurring workflows using AI and automation technologies.
- Provide interim support for accounting functions including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
