Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or business analytics.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and gross margin dynamics.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP and planning tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
- Experience with BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and present financial insights to leadership.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis across customers, channels, SKUs, and product lines.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to analyze cost structures and support margin optimization.
- Deliver monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level insights.
- Support process improvement efforts across FP&A systems and reporting tools.
