Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software product management or technology/engineering roles.
- Proven track record of launching successful products.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily work.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Solid understanding of APIs and system integration.
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
- Strong business acumen and financial skills.
- Excellent collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Flexibility to work during US hours until at least 5 pm ET.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify unmet needs.
- Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
- Communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
