Requirements
- 5–6 years post-professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
- Ideally within a high-growth or global technology environment.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models (e.g., pricing simulations, investment proposals, business cases).
- Ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence Sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is an asset.
- Experience with data tools like Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Google Sheets knowledge is a plus.
- AI skills and experience of utilizing LLMs at work is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Support revenue team with commercial negotiations through deal reviews and approval of initiatives.
- Create financial models to assess proposals and pricing options.
- Collaborate x-functionally to ensure alignment across the business.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights into performance, profitability, planning and strategic decision-making to revenue leaders.
- Coordinate across Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams on commercial activity and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain tools to track revenue and profitability performance against expectations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
