Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong end-to-end UX/UI portfolio.
- Background in 0-to-1 product work or early-stage startups.
- Proven ability to simplify complex, information-dense workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Experience in healthtech, diagnostics, or a regulated/clinical environment.
- Highly proficient in Figma, covering prototyping to design system work.
- AI-native workflow proficiency.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile.
- Comfortable working across both B2B and consumer product surfaces.
- Deep empathy for users dealing with high-stakes, sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills for articulating design rationale.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across key product areas, from early-stage wireframes to production-ready UI.
- Design experiences that reduce friction for users navigating sensitive clinical information.
- Translate complex clinical logic, AI outputs, and data-heavy workflows into clear, human-centred interfaces.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency across web and mobile.
- Lead or support user research including interviews, usability testing, and workflow observation.
- Synthesise feedback from support, success, and clinical teams to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Clinical Advisors to deliver high-quality experiences.
