Job Details

2+ years of experience in an IT operations, infrastructure, or support role.
Solid working knowledge of IT infrastructure, specifically Azure and system monitoring.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration.
Understanding of networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
Experience with ticketing systems and SLA/uptime reporting for non-technical stakeholders.
General awareness of IT security best practices.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Curiosity and willingness to develop skills in ISO 27001 and applied AI.
Ability to travel occasionally (estimated less than 15%) for audits and meetings.
Exposure to ISO 27001 or compliance frameworks (preferred).
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM principles (preferred).
Scripting or automation experience in Python or Bash (preferred).

Ensure consistent monitoring and resolution of internal and field-deployed systems.
Oversee internal systems, Azure cloud services, and IT/IoT equipment performance.
Act as a senior escalation point for core platforms including Azure, Office 365, and Atlassian Confluence.
Manage user lifecycle, provisioning, and equipment shipments.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Analyze service ticket data and uptime metrics to report KPIs to leadership.
Bridge communication between Customer Success and DevOps to align technical priorities.
Lead the initiative toward ISO 27001 certification and ongoing compliance.
Implement AI-assisted approaches to IT monitoring and documentation.
