Requirements
- 5+ years of deep backend experience.
- Elite proficiency in Golang.
- Strong core capabilities in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
- Proven experience architecting asynchronous, event-driven microservices using Kafka.
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Advanced understanding of data modeling, scaling, and indexing across NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and relational SQL environments.
- Strong quantitative, mathematical, or data-science foundational skills.
- Real-world experience working with LLMs, programming autonomous agentic workflows, and managing advanced meta-prompting strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain mission-critical backend microservices utilizing Golang as the primary language, supplemented by Node.js (TypeScript).
- Own, clean up, and systematically scale the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, ensuring robust orchestration via Kubernetes and Docker.
- Evolve highly event-driven architecture using Kafka to handle massive asynchronous workflows and high-volume data pipelines.
- Leverage mathematical background to design database schemas, query abstractions, and ingestion pipelines across SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Architect and implement complex AI-powered systems, agentic workflows, and meta-prompting frameworks.
- Design, secure, and document robust GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
