Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with exposure to senior leadership (preferred).
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments (plus).
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems (plus).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver recurring monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis across revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, including scenario modeling and variance analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and improve forecasting accuracy and reporting quality.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Contribute to the monthly close process and ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and frameworks to improve visibility into business performance.
- Support executive and board-level reporting materials with high-quality financial analysis and insights.
