Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the finance function.
- Experience in at least two different non-profit organisations headquartered in the UK.
- Experience in financial reporting for grant reporting and internal allocation.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Passionate about the climate movement and/or the global energy transition.
Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing and payment processes.
- Prepare grant reports and manage internal grant allocation.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgeting and budget control processes.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports in coordination with an external bookkeeper.
- Support departments with team-based budgets.
