Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similarly rigorous environment.
- Highly analytical with the ability to use data to generate insights and drive decisions.
- Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Technically fluent in spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Excitement to apply AI and automation to real analytical problems.
- High ownership and ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
- Comfort with ambiguity and strong systems-thinking to design better workflows.
- Interest in organizational scale and resource allocation.
- Motivation driven by mission-aligned impact on poverty reduction.
- Approximately 2–3 trips per year for travel.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Improve financial tools, systems, and reporting to enhance decision-making speed and accuracy.
- Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation in financial workflows.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analytics across Programs, Growth, Product, and Shared Services.
- Structure and lead cross-functional initiatives like cost-efficiency and scenario planning.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to answer high-impact financial questions.
