Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading product engineering teams.
- Direct people management experience including hiring, performance, and growth.
- Proven experience leading teams through significant product transformation.
- Technical background to own architecture and quality decisions.
- Experience shipping in environments where uptime and data integrity are critical.
- Ability to balance strategic business discussions with deep technical conversations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience with the Spanish market is a strong plus.
- Exposure to healthcare, clinic workflows, or regulated data environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Clinic Cloud Engineering team in Spain.
- Partner closely with PMs and the Country Manager to set product direction.
- Hold country-level ownership of product shipment and quality.
- Oversee the rebuild of core product components.
- Make pragmatic architecture and quality decisions.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Translate business strategy into technical execution.
